NACA is back in LA having only recently completing a 5-day loan modification fest, called Save-The-Dream Event in Los Angeles earlier this month (June 2nd to 6th). It’s back to for a 4-day Save the Dream Event that runs June 25th to 29th at the L.A. Sports Arena. The major lenders and investors will be present such as Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo. These lenders and investors will be participating in NACA’s goal of obtaining same-day loan modification. The process involves meeting with a NACA Counselor to determine the mortgage you can afford, and then meeting with the Lender to negotiate a modification. Mr. Bruce Marks, the founder and CEO of NACA, claims it’s success rate is 55% to 80%.
